Meritline has the Samsung 22x Serial ATA DVD+/-RW Burner for $6.99 + shipping.

Note: Remember to flash it to SB-02 since there seems to be an issue with firmware SB-00 and SB-01 for SH-S223F and SH-S223Q which might even cause permanent failure of the drive during operation. Therefore, it is strongly advised to flash the latest firmware SB02 (or newer if available) on these drives.
Go to http://samsung-odd.com/eng/ to get the firmware.
